How does Dispatch work?
Dispatch is an AI-powered chat-based assistant that is like having a real dispatcher in your pocket. Tell it what you need in plain language, and it will find loads, answer your freight questions, confirm load details, and even help you bid or book through the broker’s system, email, or phone. You always stay in control — when you request a booking, we’ll transfer you in at the end so you decide what actually gets booked.
Is there a cost to use Dispatch?
The first 30 days of using Dispatch is free. After that it costs $49 a month. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Getting started is quick. You’ll verify your authority for security purposes and enter your credit card for the free trial, but you will not be charged until your 30 days are up. How is this different from other dispatching services?
Unlike traditional dispatching services, Dispatch doesn’t take a percentage of your revenue. Our AI works 24/7, monitoring your lanes and finding the best loads while you sleep — all you need to do is ask. You also maintain complete control over which loads you choose to book.
Can Dispatch bid and book a load?
Yes. Once you’ve found loads you’re interested in, tell Dispatch what to do: “Book it for $2,000”, “Draft an email to the broker”, or “Call to get more details, then book”.
Note: direct booking is available for select brokers if you've connected your credentials. For phone bookings, Dispatch handles the call and transfers you in for confirmation. For email, it drafts the message but allows you to edit before sending.
Which load boards does the service search?
Dispatch scans thousands of loads from TruckSmarter’s load board, with plans to expand to additional major load boards in the future. You can also connect your Gmail account to bring broker load emails directly into Dispatch.
How quickly will I receive load notifications?
Load notifications are sent in real-time as our AI verifies critical details. Depending on the urgency of the notification, you may receive either a phone call, text message, or push notification. You will also always receive updates in the chat itself, and can also tap on the icon in the top right hand corner to check on all of the tasks that Dispatch is working on for you at a time.
