How does Dispatch AI work?
Dispatch is an AI-powered assistant that finds and verifies loads for you. First, you tell us your route preferences. Then, our dispatch AI assistant scans load boards and calls brokers on your behalf to verify all critical details, but we always have a team of humans overseeing. Finally, you receive fully verified load information via text. If you are ready to book, just ask Dispatch for the broker information and you can contact the broker to book.
Is there a cost to use Dispatch AI?
The first 30 days of using Dispatch is free. After that it costs $49 a month. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What information do I need to provide to get started?
To get started with Dispatch, you'll need to verify your authority and then provide basic information about your equipment (truck type, trailer type, length), your preferred lanes, typical availability, and any specific requirements (weight restrictions, commodity preferences). The more information you share, the better our AI can match you with ideal loads.

How is this different from other dispatching services?
Unlike traditional dispatching services, Dispatch uses AI to handle broker calls and load verification without charging a percentage of your revenue. This technology makes multiple calls to different brokers—all at the same time—works 24/7, provides complete transparency through our Activity feed, and learns your preferences over time to find increasingly better matches. Can Dispatch bid and book a load?
Currently, Dispatch focuses on finding and verifying loads rather than bidding or booking while we perfect the technology. Load booking and negotiating will be offered as part of AI Dispatch software in the future, enabling this new tier of services to be your reliable AI truck dispatcher.
Which load boards does the service search?
Dispatch currently searches the TruckSmarter load board, with plans to expand to additional major load boards in future updates. This will enable us to be your go-to dispatcher AI software for trucking regardless of how you find and book loads.
How quickly will I receive load notifications?
Load notifications are sent in real-time as our AI verifies critical details. Typically, you'll begin receiving verified load information within minutes of initiating a search. The Activity feed gives you complete visibility into the trucking AI dispatcher process, showing you exactly where your search stands at any moment.
